During this month participants can fill out the form to join the Open Challenge. We are looking for 10 startups: 5 based in Berlin and 5 based in Barcelona. The open call is also open to students from both cities who will be part of a matchmaking process to join some of the startups. Participants will be announced on April 26th latest.
IDEATION WEEKEND
3rd - 4th May
Once the participants have been selected and the student matching is completed, the challenge will begin! During this week, selected startups will follow Let's Flow and Garage Stories' methodology to transform their idea into high-value propositions via masterclasses and work sessions.

29th April: "Sustainability and Coca-Cola" by CCEP
18:00 - 19:00 CET online
Roundatable with CCEP's Digital Innovation team and special guests from our Sustainability teams who will set out the vision, ambition and context of the challenge!

3rd - 4th May: Ideation Weekend
The Ideation Weekend will be a guided process that will follow Let's Flow and Garage Stories' methodology to transform their idea into high-value propositions via masterclasses and work sessions.
Participants may be invited to use Coca-Cola facilities as a coworking space, but methodology masterclasses will be provided online. Different experts around the globe will also be available online, as well as Coca-Cola employees for specific questions.

DESIGN SPRINT FINALISTS
16th - 28th May
Once we have the 6 finalists - 3 startups per city-, we will run an in-person design sprint to fine-tune all the ideas and design a development plan in case they are the winning team. Support of up to €1000 will be provided to cover travel expenses for entities attending the Design Sprint in Barcelona or Berlin.

PITCH DAY
28th May 2024
All participant teams will pitch their jury online in front of a jury composed by CCEP and MWC members that will elect the winning project.

The winning team will receive funding to develop their MVP for CCEP in collaboration with MWC.
